Airbag I

In this example a closed cylinder is deformed. *AIRBAG_SIMPLE_AIRBAG_MODEL keyword is used to control the volume inside.

Airbag II

This example shows how to pressurize an airbag using *AIRBAG_SIMPLE_AIRBAG_MODEL keyword. *MAT_FABRIC offers a special orthotropic material for the modeling of airbags. Nodes to surface contact is specified against a plate and a pipe.

Airbag III

In this example *AIRBAG_SIMPLE_AIRBAG_MODEL keyword is used to pressurize an airbag.

Hourglass

This is an example to demonstrate hourglassing.

Pendulum

A pendulum with two colliding spheres is calculated. The pendulum is modelled with beam elements of elastic behaviour. The spheres are modelled with shell elements of plastic behaviour and one of it is given an initial velocity. The *DEFORMABLE_TO_RIGID option is used to decrease execution time before impact.
